Mailbox is a cutting-edge digital mail platform designed to revolutionize the way you manage your physical mail. With Mailbox, you no longer have to worry about missing important documents or dealing with weather-damaged mail. Our platform offers a convenient and secure way for customers to receive scanned copies of their mail directly to their digital mailbox.
Customers sign up on the Mailbox platform, providing necessary details such as their address, payment information, and preferences for mail handling. Upon registration, they are assigned to a specific employee based on their ZIP code.
Superadmins and admins register employees, assigning them to specific customers based on geographic regions (ZIP codes). Employees are then trained to handle mail scanning, customer requests, and updating mail status.
When physical mail arrives at the facility, employees assigned to the relevant ZIP code scan each piece of mail. The scanned copies are uploaded to the customer’s digital mailbox, and customers are notified of new mail via email or SMS.
Customers log in to their Mailbox account to view scanned copies of their mail. They can easily navigate through their mail, zoom in on scanned images, and download copies if needed.
After reviewing their mail, customers can choose from several actions
Request the physical mail to be forwarded to their home address.
Ask for the mail to be securely discarded.
Request a new scan if the initial one is unclear.
Admins oversee the assignment of employees to customers, monitor mail handling efficiency, and address any operational issues. They ensure that each employee is managing their assigned customers effectively.
Superadmins have full access to monitor email threads, manage customer accounts, oversee employees, and manage payment plans. They ensure that the platform runs smoothly and that all security and privacy protocols are adhered to.
Customers can choose from various subscription plans based on their mail volume and service needs. Payments are processed securely through the platform, and customers can manage their subscription settings at any time.
Customers can unsubscribe from the service whenever they prefer. Upon unsubscribing, their account is deactivated, but they can still access their archived mail for a limited period.
